About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in industrial environments and technical projects to lead Agile teams focused on developing advanced solutions for automation, data integration, and industrial systems. As a Scrum Master, you will manage multiple Scrum teams working on complex projects in sectors such as oil and gas, energy, and automation, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with organizational and customer goals.
This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, combined with hands-on experience in managing teams that deliver solutions for industrial systems, Digital solution for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance with program-level priorities.
