Description
As a Scrum Master, your role will involve facilitating Scrum Ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving obstacles that hinder the team's progress and coaching team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to promote self-organization and continuous improvement. Collaborating with stakeholders, especially product owners, to prioritize backlogs and effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues will be crucial. Monitoring progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products will also be a key responsibility. Additionally, overseeing manual testing processes and integrating automation testing where applicable will be part of your duties. Skills: - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. - Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
