Job Description

Qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices. Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams. Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Rally, or VersionOne. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
