Scrum Master - API

As a Scrum Master - API at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in leading Agile delivery for a Mulesoft API development team within the banking domain. Your responsibilities will include: - **Agile Leadership:** - Act as Scrum Master for one or more API development squads. - Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective). - Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices. - **Delivery Management:** - Ensure timely delivery of Mulesoft API solutions aligned with business objectives. - Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. - Track and report progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.). - **Stakeholder Engagement:** - Collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and other stakeholders to prioritize backlog and manage dependencies. - Communicate effectively with business and technical teams. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Drive process improvements and promote Agile maturity within the team and across the tribe. - Encourage innovation and adoption of best practices. **Job Requirements:** - **Education & Certification:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. - **Experience:** - 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. - Strong experience in API development projects, preferably with Mulesoft. - Exposure to tribe model and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus. - Banking or financial services domain experience is highly desirable. - **Skills:** - Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. - Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and tools (JIRA, Confluence). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
