Scrum Master and Business Analyst

As a Scrum Master/Business Analyst at Atlas Copco (India) Private Ltd., you will be part of the dynamic Digital team that is dedicated to reliability, automation, and scalability in a cloud-native environment. Our team follows an agile-based framework to ensure focus on the most important business needs and driving impactful projects forward. By automating manual tasks, we aim to dedicate more time to projects that advance the business. Your responsibilities will include facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint/PI Planning readiness, organizing synchronization meetings, and working closely with stakeholders to align strategy and execution. You will track feature execution, provide transparency to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering quality practices, preparing reports and burn-down charts, and acting as a single point of contact for customers/stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have a BE in Computer Science, along with a master's degree in the same field. You are expected to have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and 3 years as a Scrum Master, with proven leadership in Agile development teams. Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and CSM/PSM certification are required. Your communication, facilitation, and coaching skills will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
