Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one or small group online coding lessons using the Scratch platform.
• Break down complex Scratch concepts into easily understandable and fun activities for young learners.
• Foster creativity and problem-solving skills in students, encouraging them to build their own projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to ensure student progress and confidence.
• Maintain open and clear communication with students (and potentially parents), adapting teaching methods to individual learning styles.
• Track student attendance, progress, and provide regular updates.

Shift Details:

• This is a

  night shift position

  requiring a consistent commitment of

  4 hours daily

  , within the window of

  2:30 AM IST to 7:30 AM IST

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven expertise and strong proficiency in Scratch programming

  (experience teaching Scratch to children is highly preferred).
• Excellent

  communication skills

  (verbal and written) to clearly explain concepts to young students and interact professionally.
• Exceptional

  interpersonal and interaction skills

  to create a positive, engaging, and patient learning environment.
• Strong

  presentation skills

  for delivering effective online lessons.
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different age groups and learning paces.
• Reliable internet connection and a conducive home-office setup for online teaching.
