Role Overview: As a S&P Bilingual + Consultant at Accenture, you play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and managing business transformations. Your expertise in Japanese Bilingual(N1/N2/N3) and Procurement is essential in providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. Working within the Supply chain and operations practice, you help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains, creating value-driven solutions with a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the clients" business, priorities, and leadership agenda - Co-create with the client, articulate transformation, and drive innovation agenda - Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite - Lead and deliver sourcing and procurement transformation projects using tools such as Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, and Jaggaer - Coach team members on various activities related to procurement transformation - Drive sales, revenue, and profitability for the practice - Help originate deals and drive innovative deal construct and solutioning - Lead the development of cutting-edge points of view and articles to enhance Accenture's market equity - Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in the required domain - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Experience in consulting or leading mid-large sized teams on sourcing and procurement projects - Knowledge of sourcing and procurement technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer, etc. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
