SCM Flex force (Fieldglass)

Job Description

Graduate/Postgraduate in preferably technical or business streams (Engineering/MBA) At least 4-6 years in lead position managing SCM Flex force (Fieldglass) work in an SAP environment/client Should possess excellent knowledge on SAP Flex force (Fieldglass) skills from configuration perspective and all must have sound knowledge on integration development between SAP Flex force (Fieldglass) and S4 environment. Worked upon interface development, enhancements, reports, data migration tools, prepare FS/TS/ test scripts etc. Supports team in delivery of designing end-to-end solutions and cross domain integration and APIs in support of the technology roadmap. Effectively supervises the team and ensures the execution and delivery of the target architecture vision and roadmap, evaluating and prioritizing roadmap items and translating them into designs, changes and non-functional requirements. Supports facilitating solution compliance to security, privacy, and regulatory needs. Provides operational support with supervisory responsibility for a team to define non-functional, operational, security and quality requirements for solutions. Communicates and exchanges complex information to ensure that all relevant technical functions (e.g. architects, developers and operations) are involved during the definition and impact of the solution and facilitates interactions. Demonstrates a good understanding of procedures and concepts through acquired experience, to define technical stories to enable business capabilities, fostering re-use of existing components, and accepts technical features following demos; Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas. Must know on all phases/activities of developments/rollouts/data migration projects Experience to work in agile environment to cater business requirements Excellent on verbal and non-verbal communications Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
