Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end coordination for material delivery between internal teams, customers, and supply chain (SCM).
Act as the primary contact for customer queries, providing timely resolutions and ensuring high satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to secure payments in accordance with agreed timelines and company policy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Mira team and SCM, to facilitate smooth delivery operations.
Perform pre-delivery coordination tasks, liaising with both internal stakeholders and customers to confirm delivery requirements.
Ensure all invoices are signed off and processed accurately, maintaining complete documentation for each transaction.
