Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute scientific experiments aligned with project goals.
  
• Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  
• Develop and validate hypotheses, protocols, and methodologies.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, including lab notebooks and reports.
  
• Present findings and technical updates to internal stakeholders and, when applicable, external partners.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, regulatory, quality, and product teams.
  
• Ensure all research activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
• Stay current with scientific literature, trends, and advancements in the relevant field.
  
• Contribute to patent applications, publications, and grant proposals if applicable.
  
• Support the scaling and translation of research findings into commercial or operational applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an industrial, pharmaceutical, or regulated research setting.
  
• Published scientific papers or patents.
  
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO) depending on industry.
  
• Experience with grant writing or managing research budgets.
  
• Project management or leadership experience in a research environment.
