Scientific Program Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Masters in Science/ Pharma/ Biotechnology/ Bio-Medical/ All Life Science Candidates,B.Tech/B.E (All Branches) can apply

• Assist in the logistical planning of conference and program development.
• Coordinate with speakers, attendees, and exhibitors to ensure smooth communication and preparation.
• Help with the development and maintenance of event websites and registration systems.
• Support the creation of event materials, including agendas, programs, promotional content, and signage.
• Assist in managing speaker invitations, speaker communications, and session organization.
• Provide support to attendees before and during the event, answering inquiries, and helping with registration processes.
• Contribute to post-event reports and debriefs.

Requirements:

• A good academic background
• Excellent proficiency in English Language
• Good analytical skill and ability to work on different projects
• Should have basic computer knowledge
