You will be joining SHREEJI Education Zone as an Academic Support Intern (Tutor) to contribute to the educational development of students and gain valuable tutoring experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide subject-specific tutoring in subjects like mathematics, science, and language arts to help students excel academically. - Assist students with homework assignments, address queries, and create a supportive learning environment. - Organize and conduct exam preparation workshops with study guides, mock exams, and time management tips. - Develop engaging worksheets and practice materials for various subjects and grade levels. - Host short lectures on challenging topics followed by Q&A sessions to enhance understanding. - Facilitate study groups to promote peer learning and collaboration among students. - Track individual student progress, conduct assessments, and provide feedback to students and parents. - Design and implement interactive learning activities like educational games and quizzes. - Conduct parent engagement workshops to help parents support their child's learning at home. - Gather feedback from students and parents to improve the after-school learning program continuously. **Qualifications:** - Currently enrolled in an accredited educational program or a recent graduate in education or related field. - Strong academic background with expertise in specific subjects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for education and helping students succeed. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to individual learning styles. - Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
