a. Assist school administrator to update information related to children; change in
address, family information etc
b. Providing Medical information to Admin for Uploading and maintaining medical
data on MIS
c. Collecting student medical information and giving it to Admin
d. DISE report submission (Central Govt. report done twice a year)
e. Update and maintain General Register
f. Recording student caste and religion data.
2. Student Welfare
a. Monitoring, tracking and solving issues linked to student attendance and
retention through regular home and community visits
b. Understand and main community profile and per child records of their family.
c. Orientation and information to teachers about community and parents.
d. Introducing the Empowerment programs in the schools and ensuring their
effective implementation. (grade 5 to 9) (3 people to be nominated to take over
empowerment:)
e. Recruiting children into schools as per our systems and guidelines and sending
across key messages to new recruits and their parents.
f. Support and assist the counselor in addressing difficult kids.
g. Collate student information at the time child joins the school.
i. Managing admission process.
j. Supporting Admin in form filling during admission.
k. Verifying new admissions residence proof by visiting community.
l. Parent intervention with School Leaders.
a. Plan the parent engagement strategy with the SL and ensure that the plan aligns
with department goals
b. Effective Implementation of the Parent engagement model through monthly
meetings.
c. Using the Parents Meeting as the forum to build ties with parents and together
explore solutions for challenges in the communities and their lives
d. Conducting SDR parent and helper surveys (if there)
e. Documentation of PE initiatives to be communicated to SW Managers. ( SW
manager will responsible to get this information)
f. SMC formation and meetings.
g. Parent volunteering.
h. Parent class coordination. (Get back after SL meeting)
i. Communication to parents.
a. Identify resources from community
b. Being the link to schools in the community. Working with the community to make
them see the importance of education and making them empowered partners.
a. Maintain relations with all committees and institutions in the school building and
other mediums.
b. Maintain government relations up to Administrative Officer level
c. Having information related to 27 items, mid day meal which should be updated
on all these aspects for meetings with Officials even though bills will be
maintained by the school administrator.
d. Attending all the PMC/PCMC, Savar Shikshan Abhyan (other than the ones
were financial matters are discussed) and prepare a detailed report of it after the
meeting. (For teachers training, Natasha didi will get back)
e. Requests for new classroom and facilities for expansion with SLs.
a. Handling scholarship related applications.
b. Scholarship student data maintenance.
c. Communication related to scholarship schedule.
d. All data submission to Impact.
