School Principal

A school principal serves as the top leader, responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment, and achieving academic and operational goals for students and staff. Key duties include developing curricula, managing budgets, supervising teachers, addressing discipline issues, fostering a positive school culture, maintaining facilities, and acting as the liaison between the school, parents, and the wider community. Instructional Leadership & Curriculum

• Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curricula that meet state, national, and school-specific standards.
• Teacher Support: Supervise and evaluate teachers, provide professional development, and encourage innovative teaching methods.
• Student Progress: Monitor student achievement and progress, working to ensure students can reach their full potential.

Operational & Administrative Management

• School Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and procuring supplies and equipment.
• Budgeting: Manage the school's budget, ensuring financial prudence and adherence to budget guidelines.
• Safety & Security: Establish and coordinate procedures to ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors.

Staff & Student Well-being

• Staff Management: Hire, supervise, and evaluate teachers and other school personnel.
• Student Support: Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful school culture, addressing student behavior and discipline when necessary.
• Parent & Community Engagement: Communicate with parents, community leaders, and the school district, addressing concerns and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Goal Setting: Set and oversee academic and operational goals for the school.
• Reporting: Compile and present data on student achievement and teacher performance to district or school board officials.
• Public Representation: Serve as the primary representative and public face of the school.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
