We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Principal to lead our academic team and ensure holistic development of students in a nurturing, innovative environment.

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed) / or any relevant field.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/administrative role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day school operations and academic programs.
• Manage and motivate teachers and staff.
• Ensure curriculum implementation as per CBSE/ICSE guidelines.
• Foster discipline and a positive school culture.
• Maintain liaison with parents and the school management

Preferred Qualities:

• Visionary leadership.
• Passion for early childhood and primary education.
• Tech-savvy and open to innovative teaching methods.
• Strong administrative and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,376.13 - ₹40,000.00 per month
