Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage school library operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective organization.
  
• Provide academic support to students, teachers, and staff through individualized assistance with research projects and curriculum development.
  
• Develop and implement reading programs to promote literacy among students, focusing on comprehension skills and critical thinking.
  
• Oversee the maintenance of digital libraries, including e-books, databases, and other online resources.
  
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into lesson plans and enhance teaching methods.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as a librarian (school setting preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of Library Management principles, practices, and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for working with diverse groups of people (students, parents, teachers).
  
• Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making about program development and improvement.
  

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Library Science (M.Lib.Sc) preferred.
• Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and library automation software
