Role & responsibilities

Developing and overseeing the academic curriculum to align with educational standards and student needs.
Collaborating with teachers to design effective instructional strategies that promote student engagement and achievement.
Monitoring student progress and implementing interventions to support those who may be struggling academically.
Facilitating professional development workshops for educators to enhance teaching practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinating assessments and evaluations to ensure accurate measurement of student learning outcomes.
Engaging with parents and the community to promote educational initiatives and gather feedback for program improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

A Bachelor's/Masters degree in Education or a related field.

Proven experience in an educational leadership role, preferably at the secondary level.

Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
