School Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Coordinator to lead our M.P Board Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment, and fostering a culture of academic excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all school activities and staff members

- Develop and implement educational policies and programs

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture

- Collaborate with teachers and parents to enhance student learning outcomes

- Handle disciplinary issues and student welfare matters effectively

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education ; Master's degree preferred

- Proven experience in educational leadership and administration

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students

- Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum development

- Familiarity with educational technology and modern teaching methods.
