Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Admissions Counsellor in The Shri Ram Wonder Years Pre-school in Sector 79, Gurugram. The Admissions Counsellor will engage with prospective parents to provide guidance on the admissions process, assist in addressing inquiries, and ensure a seamless enrolment experience. Daily tasks include communicating timely and effectively with families, conducting school tours, managing admissions documentation, and collaborating with the school staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills for engaging with parents and staff effectively
• Background in education or familiarity with early childhood education is highly desirable
• Experience in customer service and sales to provide an exceptional admissions experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and multitask efficiently
• Passion for working with children and families in an educational setting
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and relevant office tools
