Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day school operations, including academic and non-academic functions.
• Supervise staff, support teachers, and ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines.
• Handle admissions, student records, and parent communications.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure a safe, disciplined, and student-friendly environment.
• Coordinate with management for strategic growth and development.
• Organize school events, examinations, and administrative reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in school administration/management (CBSE school experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of CBSE norms, school operations, and compliance requirements.
