Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the school's day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, parents, and management, while maintaining compliance with policies. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily school operations and records, coordinating with staff, parents, and vendors, managing correspondence, documentation, and procurement, assisting in budgeting and expense monitoring, ensuring policy and statutory compliance, planning school events and meetings, handling queries and grievances professionally, and supporting HR processes and staff attendance. To qualify for this role, you should have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Administration or a related field. Prior experience in school administration is preferred. You should possess strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in MS Office and school ERP software.,
