Scheduling Analyst - Construction

As a Construction Schedule Analyst, your role will involve assisting in the development of project schedules and creating Monthly Project Schedule reports using P6. You will be responsible for collecting and updating historical data to enhance future budget and schedule performance. Ensuring adherence to construction SOP practices and communicating with project site teams through email and teleconferencing will also be part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting project teams in developing project schedules. - Collaborating with the Scheduling Manager and project teams to define key milestones and WBS standards in P6. - Utilizing P6 for preparing monthly project schedule comparison reports. - Maintaining compliance with construction SOP practices. - Updating the historical schedule data database. - Collaborating with project site teams as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have a BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in project scheduling and analysis. Technical knowledge requirements include intermediate proficiency in Primavera P6, basic understanding of residential building construction, ability to interpret construction drawings, and familiarity with multidiscipline projects. Software skills required for this role are: - Intermediate level proficiency in Primavera P6 - Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, and other relevant applications. English proficiency is essential for this position as you will need to read and comprehend technical language in Schedule Narratives and project schedules. Effective communication in English, both verbal and written, with project teams is also a crucial aspect of this role.
