Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain the Schedule:
- detailed, integrated project schedule
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- critical path method (CPM)
Monitoring and Reporting:
- update the schedule
- variance analysis
- regular schedule reports
Analysis and Optimization:
- what-if scenario analysis
- schedule impact of change orders
- optimize resource allocation
Risk Management:
- schedule risk assessment
- Specifically track high-risk underground activities such as ground stabilization, tunneling through challenging geology, and interface management with existing infrastructure.
