Key Responsibilities:

• SCCM Expertise & Operations:

  Understand customer requirements for SCCM, analyze current SCCM architecture, and configured functionalities.
• Manage

  Patch management and software distribution processes

  effectively.
• Perform

  configuration of SCCM components and client settings

  .
• Execute

  Operating System Deployment (OSD) using SCCM

  .
• Handle the

  deployment of software and software update management using SCCM

  .
• Generate

  compliance reports

  and establish enhanced processes for Software/OS updates and patches.

• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:

  Actively engage in

  problem-solving and troubleshooting

  SCCM-related issues.
• Provide essential

  support for post-migration issues

  , ensuring smooth transitions.

• Reporting & Communication:

  Generate

  weekly migration status reports

  .
• Demonstrate good

  analytical skills

  .
• Possess the ability to work effectively in a team across diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.
• Exhibit experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in creating

  Design / Architecture / Migration strategy / plan for SCCM (2012 / current branch latest version) implementation

  .
• Knowledge of

  mobile management solutions

  /applications and OS deployment solutions.
• Experience in

  Image (Operating System) Creation

  .
• Proficiency in

  Application compatibility testing and Application packaging

  , including creating applications to support the latest operating systems (e.g., Windows 10).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Total Years of Experience:

  8+ years.

• Relevant Years of Experience:

  7+ years in SCCM.

• Mandatory Skills:

  SCCM.

• Core Competencies:

  Understanding of SCCM architecture, patch management, software distribution, OS deployment, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.

Additional Information:

• Vendor Billing Range:

  INR 8,000 per day.

• Client Interview:

  Applicable.

• Background Check:

  Post onboarding.
