Key Responsibilities:

• Centrify / Delinea Secret Server Administration:

  Perform day-to-day administration and management of Centrify and/or Delinea Secret Server platforms.
• Follow requirements and guidance from the Centrify SME (Subject Matter Expert) for various projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate production of required outcomes.

• Migration Support:

  Actively assist in migration efforts from existing platforms to the new Secret Server platform, ensuring a smooth transition.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Create comprehensive documentation and diagrams for Chalk pages (knowledge base) and ensure all existing documentation is kept up-to-date.
• Participate in the preparation of materials and oral presentations for internal teams, customers, and management.

• Support & Incident Management:

  Monitor the team distribution list for incoming customer requests and engage directly with customers to gather clarifying questions and provide updates.

• Scripting & Automation (Plus):

  Utilize proficiency in scripting languages such as

  Linux shell, PowerShell, and/or Python

  for automation and administrative tasks.
• (Plus) Experience with

  REST APIs

  to pull data for reporting or integration purposes.
