Mode: 6 months contract (extendable)

This role involves working with advanced industrial automation technologies, particularly focusing on programming, monitoring, and maintaining systems that ensure efficient and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• PLC Programming

  :
• Utilize Allen Bradley Studio 5000, a highly desirable skill, to program and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs to optimize industrial processes.

• SCADA Systems

  :
• Demonstrate expertise in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, which are crucial for monitoring and controlling industrial operations.
• Engage in system design, implementation, and maintenance to ensure seamless automation processes.

• HMI/SCADA Systems

  :
• Work with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA systems, specifically using Ignition, Tech Historian, and FactoryTalk with HMI Perspective.
• Ensure effective user interaction and data visualization for operational efficiency and decision-making.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

1. Allen Bradley Studio 5000

   :
• Experience with this PLC programming software is highly desirable for developing and managing automated systems.

2. Ignition and Tech Historian

   :
• Knowledge of Ignition for creating robust HMI/SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with Tech Historian for data collection and analysis.

3. FactoryTalk with HMI Perspective

   :
• Expertise in FactoryTalk, which integrates HMI systems with SCADA, providing a comprehensive solution for industrial automation.

4. Industrial Automation

   :
• Strong skills in managing and optimizing SCADA systems for industrial automation processes.
