Job Description

As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice within the S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries with Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be utilized to create innovative learning strategies and solutions, aiding clients in managing organizational change and facilitating smooth transitions. By being part of our team, you will actively contribute to shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with client teams to comprehend business challenges, determine solution approaches, and oversee the design, development, and delivery phases. You will conduct Training Needs Analysis, create comprehensive content outlines aligned with the curriculum, establish design standards and guidelines, and work closely with stakeholders to craft effective training materials. Moreover, you will review deliverables to ensure quality standards are met, identify risks, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the instructional design skills of the team. The ideal candidate will possess a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in a relevant field such as Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations, with at least 6 years of experience in content development and instructional designing. Proficiency in designing various training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides is essential. Additionally, expertise in leading and coaching small teams independently is preferred. To excel in this role, you should leverage your knowledge of industry-standard design and rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe. Adeptness in problem-solving within a global environment, cross-cultural competence, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen business acumen are key attributes required for success.
