S&C GN - T&O - Talent Development and Learning - Consultant

You will be working as an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice of S&C Global Network at Accenture. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with client teams to understand business problems, conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing high-quality content outlines, designing standards and templates for learning solutions, reviewing training deliverables, identifying risks, coaching instructional designers, providing feedback, implementing innovative learning strategies, and leveraging proficiency in instructional design tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe.
