Job Description

You will be joining as an Instructional Design Associate Manager in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of S&C Global Network. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative learning strategies and solutions to shape the workforce of the future. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts to define learning objectives and design the proposed learning solution based on business requirements. - Work closely with the client team to finalize the solution approach, design, and oversee the development and delivery phases. - Create training materials aligned with the client's business needs and learning objectives. - Assist in identifying Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for the project and ensure client buy-in. - Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop the training curriculum accordingly. - Design high-level content outlines and develop training deliverables as per quality standards. - Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their instructional design skills. - Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop training deliverables. - Monitor project productivity targets and communicate risks to the Project Leads/Functional Manager. - Contribute to the overall learning process and identify opportunities for innovative learning strategies. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - Education- Bachelor's Degree (Full-time) and a background in HR/Learning preferable. - Professional Background - MA/Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences, MBA desirable. - Minimum 8 years of experience in content development and instructional designing. - Proficiency in developing various training modalities like ILTs, WBTs, simulations, job aids, etc. - Experience in working with global teams and leading small teams independently. - Ability to implement new learning modalities such as gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning. - Proficient in industry-standard design/authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, etc. - Strong analytical skills and business acumen. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Note: Cross-cultural competence is also essential for this role.,
