Job Description

Role Overview: As a Japanese Bilingual Manager in the T&O practice at Accenture, your primary focus will be on the Japan market and collaborating with Japan-based clients. You will lead a team in delivering Change Management projects in Japan, define Change Management strategies for business transformation, and drive digital transformation and culture change. Working closely with clients, you will ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working, design strategies for sustained behavior shift and culture change, and participate in proposal development and business development efforts with client account teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team to deliver Change Management projects in Japan - Define Change Management strategies to support business transformation - Drive digital transformation and culture change - Ensure smooth transition to new ways of working for clients - Design strategies for sustained behavior shift and culture change - Participate in proposal development and business development efforts with client account teams - Provide mentorship and support to consultants and analysts - Collaborate with functional teams for enterprise-wide transformation programs - Engage in professional development for team members - Contribute to internal practice development efforts including planning, recruiting, talent development, and training Qualifications Required: - At least 10 years of experience in managing programs with change management components - Hands-on experience with Japan-based clients - Ability to engage stakeholders and lead a team effectively - Strong communication skills in English and Japanese - Additional language capabilities are advantageous - Willingness to travel to and work in Japan for medium and long-term assignments (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
