Job Description

Role Overview: As a Consultant/Analyst in the Sourcing and Procurement team at Accenture, you will be part of a globally diverse consulting team focused on delivering sourcing and procurement engagements for clients across various industries. Your role involves understanding the client's business priorities, co-creating transformational strategies, building relationships with clients, leading procurement transformation projects, coaching team members, driving sales and profitability, and contributing to the development of thought leadership within the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the clients" business, priorities, and leadership agenda. - Co-create transformation strategies and drive innovation agendas with clients. - Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with client C-suite. - Lead and deliver sourcing and procurement transformation projects. - Coach team members on various activities related to procurement projects. - Drive sales, revenue, and profitability for the practice. - Help originate deals and drive innovative solutions to grow the business. - Lead the development of cutting-edge points of view and articles. Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier-1 B Schools and BE/BTech from Tier-1 engineering institutes. - Minimum 4+ years experience as a Manager in a top-tier consulting firm or in a Sourcing and Procurement Function in specific industries. - Demonstrated experience in consulting or leading teams on large-scale sourcing and procurement projects. - Knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer, etc. Additional Information: Accenture is a global consulting firm that focuses on delivering innovative solutions to help clients improve their business outcomes.
