The Sourcing and Procurement team within the Capability Network (CN) at Accenture is seeking a Consultant/Analyst to join their globally diverse consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sourcing and procurement engagements for clients across various industries. Your contributions will play a key role in innovating, building competitive advantage, and enhancing business and societal outcomes in a rapidly changing environment. As a Consultant/Analyst, your responsibilities will include understanding the client's business, priorities, and leadership agenda, co-creating with the client to drive transformation and innovation, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with the client's C-suite. You will lead and deliver sourcing and procurement transformation projects, coach team members, drive sales and profitability, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge points of view and articles that enhance Accenture's market presence. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent data analytics, problem-solving, and communication skills. You must be able to navigate complex business challenges, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience for a consultant or 4+ years for an analyst, along with an advanced degree from a reputed institution. Key requirements for this position include expertise in cost take out and cost reduction, with additional skills in sourcing and procurement and supply chain management being desirable. Candidates with a background in top-tier consulting firms or Sourcing and Procurement functions in industries such as Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Hi-Tech, E-Commerce, Automotive, or Oil & Gas will be preferred. Familiarity with Sourcing and Procurement technologies like Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, and Jaggaer is a plus.
