S&C GN - SC&O - S&P - Bilingual Consultant

You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and utilizing industry expertise to develop value-driven solutions. Your role will involve providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and offering data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business, priorities, and leadership agenda, co-create transformation strategies, and drive innovation initiatives. Additionally, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor with client C-suite executives, build networks within Accenture to leverage resources for clients, and lead sourcing and procurement transformation projects. As part of your responsibilities, you will coach team members on various activities including process assessment, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, business case development, and implementation of recommendations. You will be expected to drive sales, revenue, and profitability for the practice, originate deals based on commercial pathways, and align the right teams or capabilities to support successful transformation and innovation efforts. Furthermore, you will lead the development of market-relevant points of view and articles to enhance Accenture's presence in the industry. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in the domain, possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in consulting or leading mid-large sized teams on sourcing and procurement projects, including strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, and procurement transformation, is essential. Familiarity with sourcing and procurement technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, and Jaggaer will be advantageous. You will contribute to driving innovation, building competitive advantage, and improving business and societal outcomes in a constantly evolving and challenging landscape.
