S&C GN - SC&O - SCM Planning Senior Manager

In this role at Strategy and Consulting Global Network SC&O, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Operations practice where you will help organizations transform their supply chains to have a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to design and implement solutions that enhance business performance and optimize supply chain planning processes. You will work on projects related to Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Control Tower, Supplier Collaboration, and Production Planning using tools like Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Saddle Point, etc. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, understanding client requirements, configuring solutions, solving complex business problems, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will need to have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and leadership experience in managing teams of supply chain professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptual understanding of current supply chain processes and ability to design improved processes. - Develop and implement supply chain strategies in line with business objectives for cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. - Experience in Digital Planning transformation or implementation, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, etc. - Strong expertise in Strategic Supply Chain planning and successful implementation or transformation projects. - Familiarity with Supply Chain Planning Technologies and tools. - Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. - Analytical skills to identify industry trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Leadership experience in managing supply chain teams. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA from a Tier-1 B-school. - 5+ years of experience as a solution architect on any SCM Planning Tool. - End-to-end implementation experience and leading solutioning of workstreams like demand planning, supply planning, etc. - Experience across industries such as Life Sciences, Auto, Consumer Packaged Goods is preferred. - Client-facing experience is a plus.
