Job Description

An S&C GN - SC&O - SC Digital Control Tower - Analyst is a supply chain professional responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving supply chain operations through a digital control tower. Key duties include collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and data sources, integrating real-time data and AI/ML models into the control tower, supporting project delivery, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and planning systems, building governance frameworks, and contributing to business development efforts. Strong domain knowledge in supply chain processes like planning and inventory, as well as experience with ERP & Planning Solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis), are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration & Analysis:
Monitor and analyze supply chain data using digital tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Control Tower Design & Implementation:
Partner with clients to design and implement Digital Control Tower solutions, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying data sources.
Technology Integration:
Integrate real-time data, predictive analytics, and AI/ML models into the control tower ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP and planning systems (like SAP or Kinaxis).
Process Improvement:
Drive scenario planning and what-if simulations to enhance supply chain responsiveness and agility.
Project Support:
Support the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing and deployment.
Governance:
Develop and implement governance frameworks for data quality, exception management, and performance monitoring within the control tower.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their supply chain needs and ensure the control tower meets their objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

Supply Chain Domain Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
ERP & Planning Solutions:
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) suites like SAP and Oracle, and supply chain planning solutions such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
Data & Analytics:
Strong data understanding and the ability to map KPIs to control tower functionalities.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and a commitment to continuous learning.
