About the Role

Boomi Developer / Support Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration processes using

    Dell Boomi AtomSphere

    .
  • Build and support

    B2B/EDI integrations

    with trading partners and enterprise systems.
  • Configure and monitor

    Boomi processes

    ,

    Atoms

    , and

    Molecules

    to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors, failures, and performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain

    API integrations

    ,

    data mappings

    , and

    connectors

    across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams to identify integration requirements and implement solutions.
  • Manage and support end-to-end

    B2B communication protocols

    such as

    AS2, SFTP, HTTP, FTP, and VAN

    .
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Participate in

    incident management

    ,

    root cause analysis

    , and

    continuous improvement

    initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Dell Boomi AtomSphere

    platform (Integration, API Management, and B2B/EDI).
  • Solid understanding of

    B2B concepts

    ,

    EDI standards

    (X12, EDIFACT), and

    partner onboarding

    processes.
  • Experience with

    integration patterns

    ,

    data transformation (XML, JSON, CSV, Flat Files)

    , and

    mapping tools

    .
  • Proficiency in working with

    B2B communication protocols

    (AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, etc.).
  • Good understanding of

    web services

    REST, SOAP, and API integrations.
  • Strong

    troubleshooting and support

    skills for production environments.
  • Knowledge of

    SQL databases

    and

    data querying techniques

  • Experience in

    Agile methodologies
