About the Role

Boomi Developer / Support Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integration processes using
Dell Boomi AtomSphere
.
Build and support
B2B/EDI integrations
with trading partners and enterprise systems.
Configure and monitor
Boomi processes
,
Atoms
, and
Molecules
to ensure smooth data flow.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors, failures, and performance issues.
Develop and maintain
API integrations
,
data mappings
, and
connectors
across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams to identify integration requirements and implement solutions.
Manage and support end-to-end
B2B communication protocols
such as
AS2, SFTP, HTTP, FTP, and VAN
.
Document technical designs, workflows, and support procedures.
Participate in
incident management
,
root cause analysis
, and
continuous improvement
initiatives.

Job Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with
Dell Boomi AtomSphere
platform (Integration, API Management, and B2B/EDI).
Solid understanding of
B2B concepts
,
EDI standards
(X12, EDIFACT), and
partner onboarding
processes.
Experience with
integration patterns
,
data transformation (XML, JSON, CSV, Flat Files)
, and
mapping tools
.
Proficiency in working with
B2B communication protocols
(AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, etc.).
Good understanding of
web services
REST, SOAP, and API integrations.
Strong
troubleshooting and support
skills for production environments.
Knowledge of
SQL databases
and
data querying techniques
.
Experience in
Agile methodologies
,
ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
, and
change management processes
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
