S&C GN - SC&O Fulfillment - Consultant

Role Overview: As a part of the Supply Chain and Operations practice, you will be responsible for helping organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains to have a positive impact on their business, society, and the planet. Your role will involve innovating, building competitive advantages, and improving both business and societal outcomes in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies, best practices, and enabling solutions for managing the Fulfilment function efficiently. - Assist in enhancing Logistics and Fulfilment strategies to improve key performance metrics. - Create strategic roadmaps for clients, supported by comprehensive assessments and business value cases. - Conduct qualitative and quantitative process assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Provide guidance on organization structure, governance, process reengineering, and solution strategies. - Design, architect, and oversee strategic solution-led transformations for clients. - Offer expertise in implementing and enhancing Logistics strategies, organizations, networks, processes, operations, and technologies. - Lead the team through project build and test phases. - Demonstrate knowledge of best practices to drive organizational improvement. - Supervise operations related to transportation planning, route planning, warehouse design, equipment and automation, 3PL service assessment, and logistics training. - Prepare proposals, set objectives, and develop action plans for potential clients. - Establish and expand strategic business solutions alliances. - Support sales enablement through bid management, proposal creation, estimations, and client presentations. Qualifications Required: - Experience in primary logistics projects such as strategic transportation sourcing, truck loading efficiency, distribution, warehousing, ocean and air freight, and network optimization. - Familiarity with tools like Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, iLOG, SCS, SAP (TM, eWM, LE), Blue Yonder (TMS, Luminate, WMS), Oracle (TM) is preferred. - Previous exposure to Profit and Loss or Sales responsibilities would be an advantage.,
