As a Management Consultant in the Product & Platform Engineering team at + + S&C Global Network, you will play a crucial role in driving product management, agile transformation, and value engineering initiatives to unlock new growth opportunities for clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating end-to-end product development and launch strategies to align with client business goals, enhance customer experiences, and maximize value. - Leading the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring efficient collaboration for effective execution of platform strategy and roadmap. - Applying techno-functional skills in software development, microservices, cloud enablement, platform design, and systems integration. - Focusing on delivering new products, analyzing data, and identifying areas of improvement to positively impact business. - Driving end-to-end project delivery in an agile manner as an Agile Coach to bring transformative strategic value and business growth. - Designing strategies for Agile adoption and improvement based on customer requirements, educating teams, and promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation. - Maximizing business value through lean-agile mindsets and tailored frameworks. - Being an Agile tooling Coach to enable project delivery in an agile manner and advise on tool selection and configuration. - Developing Agile adoption strategies, implementing Agile methodologies, and promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation. - Maximizing business value through lean-agile mindsets and tailored frameworks. - Engaging with stakeholders, understanding business needs, creating technology roadmaps, and guiding technical leads in solution delivery to achieve business objectives. - Scaling new technology to promote business benefits and track the value delivered, ensuring efficient execution of platform strategy and roadmap. - Leading comprehensive market analysis, developing strategic roadmaps, and managing strategic stakeholder engagement plans. - Leading market and competitor analysis, driving product strategy, and data-driven decision-making to align with strategic product goals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a relevant field. - Must have skills in Agile Coach. - Good to have certifications like CSM, CDM, CDA, ML. - Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE, MBA.
