As a Platforms Manager in S4 Finance at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work with exceptional people, cutting-edge technology, and leading companies across industries. Your role will involve supporting CFOs and finance organizations in developing and implementing strategies focused on digital disruption, new operating models, and best practices to drive market differentiation. Key Responsibilities: - Have been part of at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementations, with a minimum of 2 in S4 - Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA and advise clients on driving their S/4 HANA adoption - Define a Business Case for S4 Transformation and conduct RoI calculations - Work as a Solution Architect / Design Authority, providing advisory services for ERPs including product selection, value realization, and fit gap assessment - Collaborate with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, and gain buy-in for recommendations - Drive sales pipeline and take ownership of proposals related to Finance / Multi-function S/4 HANA engagements - Develop key Assets and Accelerators to aid clients in their digital transformation journey - Lead discussions on complex SAP S/4 HANA issues, collaborate with business and developers, and ensure timely execution - Provide consulting solutions on leveraging standard SAP S/4 HANA functionality and enabling requirements while maximizing ROI - Guide clients through project scoping and delivery to ensure successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA - Manage project execution, client conversations, and problem solution design while adhering to timelines and budget - Supervise Accenture Senior and Junior analysts, consultants, and client personnel to drive delivery outcomes Qualifications Required: - Experience leading and delivering S/4 HANA engagements across different implementation approaches - Ability to drive sales pipeline, including business development and proposal writing - Familiarity with digital finance technologies that impact business processes - Skill in leading business case creation for SAP design to implementation projects - Capability to drive continuous improvement in methodology, tools, practices, and maturity You will play a crucial role in enabling enterprise innovation, delivering tangible results, and unlocking new value in a disruptive world with Accenture Strategy and Consulting.,
