i dont even want to give a star to SBI card. Their service is very poor & the staff not helpful. They only want to sell cards, but no help if you have a problem. Discontinued my card with them.

for Quick service without waiting you should visit in the morning that would be 10am … after 11.30am if you visit there … you would have to wait at least an hour for your turn even if its a small 2mins inquiry
