One of the worst services, and their 3rd party agency calling even for 1-2 days delay payment is so so pathethic, they literally harass you with so much of calling that they make u regret to have been associated with them, Literally one of the reason why i chose to close my cards with them

My card was blocked on 20.1 due to some suspicious activity. Inspite innumerable mails and phone calls it's not yet activated and they don't give reason for the same. Horrible service. No concern about customer plight.
