Service is very pathetic , I have been try to surrender my SBI credit card since last 10 days but neither able to connect to the customer service nor find the mail, really its very painful when you charged monthly Rs. 2700 ,

0 00000000. Bakvas and thirdclass...thinking fir police complain against SBI card management...they looted to customer... I am from rajkot nobody give any right information...also going to complain in customer forum...any body here responsible person of this third class SBI card ? Plz.reply me.
