Sbi card is doing fraud with the people's, completely unprofessional, don't care about customer and there problems. They will register your complaint but won't update anything on it and close it with any foolish or bogus options.

BEWARE ! They are fraudulently issuing the credit cards and deducting the accounts for the charges. Same thing happened with my wife. Visiting the SBI branch again and again to get the refund back...

Even if we have not requested credit card from sbi card they got intuitions that we are gonna use their card and they just put charges over us without even informing us totally fraudsters employees . Fraud company worst card company i ve seen.

This is my humble request who is thinking to take this card this is the worst credit card. This to trap ur money totally wastage of money and time . and customer care services are also very bad. if u r thinking about credit card plz choose anyone then saurya.

Very bad experience. Card got closed on 18 August still getting bills and also lien of 60000/- on my FD not removed till date. I am senior citizen still visited their sector 8 Chandigarh office during corona for my lien removal but nothing done. I wanted money for my treatment but they don't bother.
