Very BAD people, Behaviour is so rude, do not understand customer problem, only regret on everything. Cancelling card forever. Guys never take SBI Card. They only do fake promise that its free, then they keed adding charges on statement.

Sbi credit card customer care wrost service never take sbi credit card they are not provide any proper customer service support number and without asking they adding services world wrost credit card.

Very very pathetic customer service. They provide the customer service number and cannot recognise its own credit card number and will not even allow to proceed further for a disputed card amount call. If they can’t even be reached, what good is their credibility.

Worst service ever. First they wrote wrong email id in application and have tried to change it many time but not been able to. Then tried to cancel my credit card but no matter what I do had unable to contact them. They just tell us to mail them. Helpline number also not been able to connect.
