Totally fraud, it should be rated negatively. They just sell their card anyhow and after that no support. Customer care no. Not functional. They are charging without activation of card. I am totally frustrated with this card. I never recommend anyone for this.

Pathetic service. No option to close the card on IVR. Customer care executive cut off the phone as I insisted on closing my credit card. They don't respond to emails. No complaint number no acknowledgement number shared even after sending email. SBI card is thug and they are looting me since last 3 years.
