One of the worst customer services. We should bring to the notice of Banking Ombudsman regarding the services. Even after writing to Nodal officer, problem remains unresolved. Please do not ask us to write to mailbox or other email ids if you cannot resolve the problem immediately. We need immediate assistance from SBI CARD.

Be aware SBI credit card activates auto debit on its own and will start making payments without your approval. Later you end up paying due plus interest on interest. Make sure DO NOT USE SBI CREDIT CARD SERVICES.
