Went all the way to seek some information but they bluntly said they know nothing. Their customercare number and service should be renamed as customer(non)care number and service respectively since you get nothing after spending hours on them. And they don't disclose their company email address. So you can't write to them.

Worst service from SBI credit card department. First off all, I cancelled my credit card while confirmation call. Still they dispatch the card. They started charging me before getting card in hand. Now they are charging late fees and penalty charges...

SBI credit card service is very bad . if we have any issue related to bill statement customer care agent not giving proper answer, not supporting. last month i got 5000 extra amount in bill statement i approched to customer care but still not resolve my issue

I have not taken any card of sbi bank....but still I have received outstanding bills from Jan 23....I have no card ,no number, no password,how to open that statement? customer care number is also not working....

Very Bad experience. even after follow-up for more than 6 months, i am not receiving MY OWN MONEY which was transferred by the airline due to cancellation of flight. No one picks up the call & toll free number is always busy. NOT even a single star I wish to give but otherwise it won't get posted.

Worst service possible you can get. Waited for more than 2 hrs for a representative. None of the representatives available to talk. SBI should do something about this. Urgent fraud related issues are also not taken as priority
