DISAPPOINTED, Though They solved my issue quickly, I was feeling kinda dizzy and i requested a cup of coffee and they made me wait for 20 mins and the coffee never came. No wonder SBI works like SBI where ever u go.

Honestly it doesn't deserve a single star, pathetic service. Some random person will call you to make a SBICard for free one year service and then inbetween 588.82 ₹ will be deducted from the account. Simply they cheat.

Now a days SBI Card is cheating poor customer by way of "Negative Reward Points" and debiting customers account. So be careful and don't fall into their trap.... It's definitely a SCAM..

It's a total fraud. Worst experience ever with any credit card provider. Don't have any options to talk customer care Escalate the call but no options are there to talk. In mail also in the name of resolution sending the same mail again & again.
