I am Surendar N I am not using any SBI credit card as of my knowledge. but still, I am getting messages stating that I have to pay the due amount am stressed because of your frequent messages and calls regarding credit cards in which I am not using or involved in any direct transaction.

Went here for SBI cards office. Poor planning done to handle customers. Currently only one phone on outside to talk with anyone in office(no one is allowed inside at this time). Expect large waiting time of atleast 1.5 hrs. Not the best waitin spot with disgruntled customers.
