Worst card in world.no options to talk to customer care executive.They l harrass u in every possible ways when they will get to know that u want to cancel the card .best way to cancel sbi card is legal options.They push sell the card n they are always liars

Please never use sbi credit card. They cheat customers. Support is very poor. Fraudulent transaction happens anytime. No security. Bad customer support team. No relation with sbi.

They are charging on blocked card . Worst company. Never ever take or use SBI card . They are sending me Bills even when my card is blocked and not in use . And my dues are all cleared . And I had confirmation on messages. Worst kind of people.

Read a few reviews on google but I thought that it might just be one of those rare instances where users had a bad experience. However, after personally experiencing their services, I can confirm that it's awful. The waiting lines are long and the staff is awfully cold and unhelpful.
